The ILSP Process: After the Independent Living Support Program Service Plan has been submitted and Premier has issued the authorization letter, participants can go www.fallcall.com, follow the Independent Living Support Program link and sign up using an email address. Once logged in, the participant can place an order for the pendant and the monitoring service which will generate a purchase order to be sent to Premier. Once they receive their pendant in the mail, they can log into the FallCall app with the same credentials they used on the website, pair the pendant with a button push and their monitoring will be active.
